EM&I (Trading) are looking to recruit Marketing Support Department (MSD) Manager to join our team based at our Hub in Malta. This is a busy role supporting the global organisation.

Role
Own and manage marketing support department with objectives to optimise brand value, help business development to win projects, expand / retain the client base, and retain staff by providing good information on progress of the business
Responsible For
Own and update content of EM&I website, intranet, and JIP websites
Create copy and design layouts for print advertisements, product / service logos, pop up displays, etc.
Manage and own end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns; including content production, list management, segmentation, QA, deployment, testing, and optimisation
Own and oversee website redesign with support from third-party dev agency
Manage external marketing agency to optimise website SEO with intent to start paid search in the back half of the fiscal year
Support CCO in maintenance and distribution of patent & copyright list
Oversee maintenance of the company track record as well as sales contact database and own the procedures related to contact creation and cleansing
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of marketing and business development videos with input from CEO
Manage and update marketing and branding procedures with approval from CEO
Develop marketing collateral for both print and digital formats as needed
Support company events from a marketing perspective and assist with branding and client gifting
Ensure marketing-related media (images, documents, videos, etc.) are loaded and tagged in shared drive
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field such as Marketing Support or Business Administration
Location Requirements
Malta; some short term international travel required
Experience Requirements
5+ years experience in marketing support and/or brand management; preferably within B2B organisations
Experience managing a small marketing support team
Hands-on experience with website content management and CMS platforms (including basic knowledge of HTML); preferably Wordpress and Google Sites
Working knowledge of email marketing tools; Mailchimp preferred
Proven success managing traditional and digital marketing channels
Proficiency with digital design tools; preferably Photoshop
Strong copywriting and web content knowledge with ability to proofread and edit
Experience managing third-party agencies including partners for digital marketing, web development, video content, etc.
Familiarity with analytics tools; Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
Strong knowledge of managing and maintaining integrations between various platforms
Experience managing CRM platforms with strong understanding of email automations
Knowledge of maintaining and optimising budget
Fluent in English; Portuguese advantageous but not required
