Pre requisitos

Comprovação de experiência em fornecimento de equipamentos técnicos.

Graduado em engenharia, gerenciamento de projetos ou estudos de negócios.

Competências de experiência

Experiência mínima de 2 anos trabalhando em compras, planejamento ou gerenciamento de materiais.

Capacidade de se comunicar de forma eficaz, por meios orais e escritos, em todos os níveis das organizações EM&I, do cliente e do fornecedor em uma ampla variedade de assuntos relacionados ao projeto.

Habilidades de planejamento/organização com flexibilidade para responder a solicitações inesperadas que exigem entrega em prazos

Competencies

● Evidence of experience in sourcing technical equipment.

● Graduated in engineering, project management or business studies.

● Advanced English

Experience Competencies

● A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Procurement, Planning or Material Management.

● Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written means, at all levels within EM&I, Client and Vendor organizations on a wide variety of project related matters.

● Planning/organizational skills with the flexibility to respond to unexpected requests requiring delivery in short timescales.

● Experience of supporting financial control of projects and strong commercial awareness.

● Ability to work independently and proactively but also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

● Scouting and/or development of suppliers for the categories related to General Procurement respecting local procedures and the group's policy.

• Have a good knowledge - understanding of the local and regional of market suppliers, identify the impact of raw materials and the main cost elements that make up the price, considering the category of purchase and the country of supply.
• Perform bid selection and vendor selection processes respecting group policy, local procedures and ensuring the best selection in terms of cost, quality, service and warranty.
• Close negotiations with vendors, monitor and report the results (Price Increase / Cost Saving/ Cost Avoidance/ Cash Impact) and place the Purchase Orders, following the process End-to-End;
• Carry out the evaluation process of suppliers of the categories under their charge, taking into account KPI's by supplier/category and involving the internal client;
• Permanent verification of the correct use of material groups in purchase requests;
• Share with the Team when a new opportunity related to Process Improvement is identified.
