As part of our growth plan for our new technologies, we are now seeking a Technical Administrator to join our team in Naxxar, Malta.

Position: Technical Assistant

Location: Naxxar, Malta

Package: Salary Competitive + 10% bonus + 5% pension contribution + healthcare


Providing administrative support for the development of technical issues and project deliverables. Responsible for compiling, reviewing and sorting Technical Documents and assisting with administration.


Bachelors degree in business administration, IT or related discipline.

Experience Competencies

  • Competent in standard Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Computer-based drawing modifications and editing skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of NDT techniques (radiography, MPI, DPI, Ultrasonic and eddy current) is desirable.



  • Data collection from technical documents and drawings.
  • Review and sort Inspection Reports, converting from Technician issued Excel versions to Client ready PDF.
  • Assisting with technical support for site-based personnel.
  • Support engineering team with report writing and preparation of project deliverables.
  • Edit and mark-up technical drawings utilising drawing packages or by hand as required.
  • Data upload into databases.


  • Project co-ordination, assisting with the project set up, progress reporting, invoicing and closeout
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
